Ich suche für ein 14m² Zimmer in einer Doppelhaushälfte einen Nachmieter für meine bisherige WG-Mitbewohnerin.
Es ist schon alles da, von Besteck bis Mikrowelle. Das Zimmer hat einen alten Wandschrank, Schreibtisch und Schlafcouch oder Bett sind auch schon da.
Man braucht nur 10 min mit dem Auto von Sörnewitz, vorbei am Duravit, nach Meißen. (auch zur FHSV) Aber auch nur 20 min zum Flughafen DD über die S81. (25 min DD Neustadt)
Die Nutzung des Gartens am Haus inkl. Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill ist natürlich gestattet und gewollt ;D (ok, es ist Winter, aber der nächste Sommer kommt bestimmt!)
Der Mietpreis ist Verhandlungssache, ich musste nur eine Zahl angeben.
Also, bis denne zur Besichtigung ;-)
