Die Wohnung hat 2 individuelle Zimmer und liegt im 2.Stock im Hinterhaus, also ruhig. An der Strasse stehen viele Bäume und gibt es einen Wochenmarkt.
im zentral und transportgünstig gelegenen grünen Stadtteil Condesa (nahe Chapultepec-Park und Metrostation), in solidem Gebäude aus den Vierzigern mit Parkettfussboden, 2.Stock. Supermarkt gegenüber. Umgeben von Parks, Cafés und Restaurants. Vieles, u.a. das Anthropologische Museum, zu Fuss erreichbar.
Mietpreis: 4800 Pesos (etwa 295 Euros) incl. Gas, Strom, Bettzeug, Handtücher, Putzen, Küchenbenutzung und Internetanschluss.
Die festen Mitbewohner sind ein Mexikaner und eine Deutsche, ruhig, respektvoll und gesellig. Es kommen meistens Studenten zu uns, die in der Stadt ein Praktikum machen oder einen Teil ihrer Referendarszeit absolvieren. Beide lehren die deutsche, englische und spanische Sprache.
