Hi, ich bin Sarah und studiere an der HSMW. Vor kurzem bin ich aus Mittweida weggezogen und suche deshalb ab sofort einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem langen Schreibtisch und zugehörigem Schreibtischstuhl, einem Bett (mit Lattenrost - 0.90m x 2.00m), einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schränkchen auf Rollen, einem Wandregal und einem Schreibtisch. Direkt im Zimmer gibt es außerdem ein kleines Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank. Das Bad, die Dusche, und die Küche werden geteilt.
Hi, I‘m Sarah and I‘m a student at HSMW. I recently moved away and am now looking for a new tenant for my room. The room comes with a bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a closet, a desk with a chair, a small shelf, a wall shelf and a whiteboard. A small sink is in the room. The bathrooms and the kitchen are shared rooms.
In dieser zentral gelegenen WG hast Du das Zentrum für Medien und Soziale Arbeit direkt vor der Haustür und bist innerhalb von fünf Minuten in der Vorlesung.
Ein Lidl, ein Bäcker, und ein Simmel befinden sich alle nur wenige Meter weiter. Zum Bahnhof läuft man circa zehn Minuten.
Live directly on campus in this shared student apartment across from the Zentrum für Medien und Soziale Arbeit. Supermarkets and and other stores (bakery, small restaurants) can be found only a few minutes down the street. A walk to the station takes about ten minutes.
Im gesamten Haus wohnen ausschließlich Studenten und Azubis. Es gibt einen geteilten Hinterhof.
In der WG selbst leben derzeit vier Studenten und eine Studentin.
The entire house consists of multiple shared student apartments. This shared apartment is currently home to four male students and one female student. There‘s a shared backyard perfect for spending some time outside in summer.
Um das Zimmer übernehmen zu können, musst Du Student oder Azubi sein. Der Mietvertrag läuft dann zunächst bis Anfang September, kann danach aber jedes Jahr individuell für 12 Monate verlängert werden.
Requirement for taking the room is being a student or apprentice. The rental agreement is in effect until September and can then be prolonged individually for 12 months at a time.
