ich gehe für ein Semester ins Ausland und suche deshalb für meine nette Mitbewohnerin und mich eine tolle Zwischenmieterin. Wir wohnen sehr zentral in einer 85qm Wohnung in der Luisenstraße. Die 85qm verteilen sich auf 3Zimmer(Christianes+meins(evtl deins)und ein drittes welches momentan als Arbeitszimmer genutzt wird), eine sehr große schöne Wohnküche, das Bad und die seperate Toilette. Das Haus ist ein Altbau,deshalb haben wir schöne hohe Decken. Ich biete das Zimmer möbliert an, da ich denke, dass es sich nicht lohnt für so kurze Zeit einen richtigen Umzug auf sich zu nehmen.
