Ich ziehe am 1.8. aus und mein Nachmieter ist kurzfristig abgesprungen. Da der Mietvertrag noch bis zum 1.9. läuft steht das Zimmer im August leer.
Das Zimmer kann wochenweise oder für den ganzen Monat gemietet werden, z.B. um als Neuankömmling in aller Ruhe vor Ort nach Wohnung zu suchen.
Monatspreis: 240 EUR
Wochenpreis: 75 EUR
Es ist auch möglich die ganze Wohnung (2-Zi + Küche, Abstellraum, Keller -> ca. 55 qm) ab August oder September zu mieten.
Monatspreis: 390 EUR Warm + 90 EUR Strom/Gas
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am HBF, alle Notwendigkeiten des Alltags können in unmittelbarer Nähe erledigt werden (Post, Ämter, Einkaufen etc.). Die Hochschule ist in 15 Minuten per Bus erreichbar.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 20 qm groß, es ist mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank sowie Tisch und Sofa möbeliert.
