Das Zimmer wirkt hell und freundlich. Und ist komplett mit Möbeln ausgestattet: Regal, Schreibtisch, Bett (wenn gewünscht mit Matratze), Kleiderschrank. Es können aber auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 210 Euro.
Liegt in der Nähe der Hochschule. Mit dem Bus fährt man circa 20 min mit dem Fahrrad 15 ;).
Die Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt am Wohnheim.
Das Wohnheim ist nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Mit dem Bus sind es circa 10 min.
Bis zum alten Markt (zum feiern super geeignet) sogar circa nur 5 min mit dem Bus (Also auch zur Fuß gut erreichbar.). Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind hier ganz in der Nähe. Zur Auswahl stehen Netto, Lidl, Aldi und der Rewe.
Bäckerei, kleiner Gemüseladen, Imbisse sind auch vorhanden ;)
Und sogar nen McFit ist auch um die Ecke
Die jetzige Mitbewohnerin ist super lieb und super nett. Darum ist es auch ein bisschen schade auszuziehen :(.
Küche und Badezimmer werden geteilt. ;)
Waschen ist im Keller des Wohnheims möglich.
Fahrradstellplätze sind auch vorhanden.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind super. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Wohnheim.
Falls jemand Interesse hat einfach melden. Bin zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.
