We accept the requests ONLY from 2 PERSONS who will be living TOGETHER in this room.
Please do NOT send requests
- for single stay (room is for 2 persons)

Warm rent (330 EUR per Person) includes the following costs per Room: Kaltmiete, all utility costs incl Heating and Electricity.
Tenants need to pay additionally only for Internet (ca 10 EUR per room) and Radio&TV tax GEZ (5 EUR per room) directly to providers.
