Flat is a 6-person-WG.
Other tenants are Students from India, speaking English.
Rent per Room includes following costs: Cold rent and payment for utility costs incl. water, heating and electricity.
Rent is not negotiable.
Cost for GEZ (german Radio tax) and Internet are NOT included in the rent and should be paid by the tenant additionally directly to the providers.
If your request fits, I will provide you with the contact of the tenants, who will organize a viewing appointment (visit or online) and tell you further details.
Deposit is fixed 900 EUR per person and can be paid in 2 instalments in 2 months (2 x 450).
The deposit will be returned to the tenant within 4 weeks after move-out date, provided the room is returned in a proper condition.
The minimal rental period is 12 month. Shorter rent period is NOT possible, sorry.
If, after starting the rent, the tenant has to move out earlier when the contract ends, he will be obliged to find a next tenant ("Nachmieter") himself and pay a fee of 300 EUR for earlier cancellation of the contract. The reason is that processing earlier changes requires a lot of unnecessary administrative work.
Official rental contract in German is provided.
Document for city registration (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung) will be provided after signing the contract and payment of the deposit).
