Ich suche einen neuen Mitbewohner m/w ab September 2018. Die Wohnung ist 80qm groß und hat zusätzlich 60qm Dachboden, ist Lichtdurchflutet und im Altbaustil. Du hast dein eigenes Schlafzimmer und kannst alles bereits vorhandene der Wohnung mitbenutzen. Des Weiteren solltest du kein Problem mit Haustieren haben da ich eine Katze habe.
Fußläufig 3 Minuten zur nächsten ÖPNV Haltestelle, verkehrsberuhigt da sich die Wohnung in einer Nebenstraße befindet.
Die nächsten Supermärkte sind zu Fuß ca. 7 Minuten entfernt, bis zur Innenstadt sind es knapp 10 Minuten.
Ich bin deine einzige Mitbewohnerin, 20 Jahre alt und Rettungssanitäterin. Ich arbeite im Schichtdienst, daher bin ich sehr flexibel.
