Die insgesamte fast 100 qm große Wohnung liegt direkt am Rathaus in Mülheim. Die Verkersanbindung ist hervorragend (8 min. zu Fuß zum Hbf). In der WG ist alles vorhanden: DSL Anschluß, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Fernsehen und Musikanlage. großer Trockenraum im Speicher, Essbereich in der Küche, etc.
Die Wohnung ist in Top Zustand, modernisiert, Granitbadezimmer mit Badewanne, im Flur heller, sehr edler Granitboden wie auch in der voll eingerichteten Küche. Die Deckenhöhe ist wegen Altbau höher als normal. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftswohnraum und eine Gemeinschaftsküche und Flur. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Gemütlichkeit und Modernität. Wir jetzigen Bewohner sind easy und sehr ok. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Keine Zweck-WG erwünscht. Du solltest zwischen 22 und 35 sein und eigenverantwortlich auch das Wohl der WG im Auge haben. Dafür bieten wir alles, was eine gute WG ausmacht.
