Hallo, ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine helle, gemütliche Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Studenten, und auch gut als WG geeignet, da die Zimmer gleich groß sind und die Küche auch sehr geräumig ist.
Die Küche ist teilmöbliert (Regale, Esstisch, Stühle)
Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und im Keller befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine.
Es gibt einen Hinterhof, den man mitbenutzen kann.
Ein Kellerabteil, das man als Abstellraum nutzen kann, steht auch zur Verfügung
Das Haus liegt ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Uni entfernt, auch Kaufland sowie Tedi und viele weitere Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Vom Bahnhof aus sind es ungefähr 7min bis zur Wohnung.
