The room for rent is marked in blue on the site plan, the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) are light brown (green and gray rooms are occupied).
The room is 13 square meters furnished with: bed, bed linen optional, desk, wardrobe, shelf.
The fitted kitchen is from 2018 and is of high quality and ready to cook, only the groceries are still missing. In February 2022 a new induction cooker was installed.
In the hallway there is a shoe rack. A washing machine is located in the area between the hallway and the bathroom.
There is also a storage room in the basement where there is a tumble dryer and a good arsenal of tools.
Location:
The apartment is in a quiet residential area without being remote. A few hundred yards north is an extensive wooded area that's good for quiet walks (as well as getting lost, I tested).
A little further away is the Olympic Park.
Traffic connections:
The apartment is easily accessible by car due to its proximity to Allacher Straße. The Dachauer Straße and thus the A99 can be reached very quickly via this.
A car park can be found in the surrounding streets; there is no private parking space. A charging station for e-cars is two street corners away; in 3 walking minutes.
The bus stop at Korbinian-Beer-Straße with lines 162 and 163 are at a 3 minute walking distance.
There are also two Bahnhofs nearby:
Untermenzing Bahnhof: 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike or 9 minutes by bus.
Moosach Bahnhof: 10 minutes by bus.
Shopping possibilities:
Norma is a 3 minute walk.
A hairdresser, Edeka, pharmacy, egg vending machine and DHL parcel shop can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.
2 km (7 minutes by bike) away are: hardware store, fitness center, Rewe, another DHL parcel shop and an Amazon Locker.
Around the Moosach Bahnhof there is a Kaufland, Aldi, Edeka, a Turkish shop, several doctors and other shops.
Quiet, everyone has their own space. No joint activities are planned.
The costs for GEZ and internet connection are included in the rent.
