I am offering a spacious room in a 125m2 shared apartment with all the amenities you need.
The room itself is 17m2, providing plenty of space for your personal belongings and furniture. It is also bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. If you look at the map, it's the so called "Arbeitszimmer". It has beautiful decorations on the ceiling. One part of the room has a color divider, most of the walls are white. You can definitely paint all walls white, if you like. Happy to help you :)
The apartment features a shared kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and oven. You'll have access to everything you need to prepare your meals and store your food.
There is a dishwasher, a washmachine and fridge.
The kitchen costs will be dividing among the three of us > 450 Euros.
The deposit is 3 monthly rents.
In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. There's also a storage room for any dry foods and extra items you may have, as well as a living room and balcony where you can enjoy a sundowner.
The apartment has a total of four rooms, so you'll be sharing the space with a few other friendly and respectful roommates. You'll have plenty of privacy and space to yourself, while still enjoying the benefits of a communal living environment.
I am looking for somebody that'd love to live with me and another young woman.
