I HIGHLY recommend searching for a long term accomodation while staying in Munich (remote search is unfortunately not as successful - talking from experience - that's how I got this room in <2 weeks of search 🙏).
Long term NOT possible (AUG + SEP), but perfect location to find something long term! :)
Anyway, you get: top location, big bed, microwave, fridge, kitchen, coffee machine, home office setup (external monitor), fast wifi (200mbps), bike space and shared washing machine, bathroom and toilet.
Shower now also has a curtain.
2er WG in centre (Altstadt-Lehel: Isartor - 10 min walk to marienplatz), private kitchen, shared toilet and bathroom with another person (my roomate). 1 min to all sbahns and 2min to Lidl/Edeka. Also great corner food places (4.5 chicken curry at Chat Junciton - please sponsor me).
I am going for vacation this weekend and am searching for someone in August/Spetmeber to take care of my room and my plants. Must be in munich this weekend (11.-13.) to make an appointment and take the keys/sign mutual contract/pay rent+deposit.

For AUG & SEP (flexible dates) - perfect for searching something long-term / Oktoberfest :)
I can also help you with searching/making ad/writing messages if you take my room.
I don't need SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) etc, you pay rent in advance and receive the keys on the spot (Cash, Revolut, n26 or Paypal preferred)!
