• The room is 16m² with an interior facing window
• The room will come with a bed frame and closet. There is a mandatory furniture handover fee for the remainder (mattress, shelves, and others to be determined)
• The flat is 190m², which is perfect for 5 people
• The flat has high ceilings, is fully furnished, and well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges, internet, etc.)
• The flat has 3 bathrooms (2 toilets, 2 showers), a well-stocked kitchen, and a 60m² living room with a big TV
• We have a cleaning lady who comes in 1x/week to clean the common areas (fee is included in rent)
Lage
• The flat is on Zweibrückenstraße in front of the European Patent Office and close to the Deutsches Museum.
• The S-Bahn (Isator), bus stop, and tram stop are all within 5 minutes (by foot) of the flat
• The Isar is about 300 meters away and offers nice leisure activities throughout the year
• Marienplatz/Viktualienmarkt are ca. 600m away
• There is a Lidl and Edeka 2 minutes away from the flat, and bigger + international markets (HIT, Aldi, Asian Markets) are about 10 minutes from the flat near Rosenheimerplatz
WG-Leben
We are 1 Korean/Canadian guy (33), 1 Italian guy (28), 1 Spanish girl (27), and 1 German guy (24). Since none of us are from München, we consider our flat a home-away-from-home and have a social life together (flat dinners, playing board games, going out for drinks, supporting each other at sports games, etc.)
Some of us work from home from time to time, but it works well since the flat is spacious and the internet is fast
The person we are looking for is a girl (age 25-32) who is a full-time worker (NO STUDENTS), responsible, attentive to the cleanliness of the flat, outgoing, and open-minded.

• Rent is 830 EUR (incl. utilities, internet, cleaning lady)
• Smoking is not allowed in the flat.
