We have a free room in our WG!
We’re Caterina and Matteo, both Italians living in a super central 100 m² WG (1 minute walking to Isartor, 4 minutes walking to Marienplatz). The flat is on the second floor and composed of a kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom + toilet, 1 toilet, 3 bedrooms and a cellar.
We have a free room starting March 1st and we’re searching for someone interested in joining us!
We’re both professionals so the WG is not fit for students.
We’re searching for someone in the range between 25 and 35 years old, worker, interested in a long term stay.
The room is the second biggest room in the WG, is around 20 m² and comes with furniture, window and wooden floor. In the big bathroom we have both bathtub and shower, in the small one only WC and sink. There is a small garden inside the building where bikes can be stored.
Here are the costs:
-the room is 802 Euro warm a month, everything included (Internet, TV tax and electricity)
-the deposit is 1166 Euro
-the cost of the room furniture will be discussed in person (approx 650 EURO but can be discussed).
To make it simple: we’re searching for a fun guy/girl to join us, clean, reliable and interested in a long term rent!

1 min walking distance Isartor Sbahn station
5 min walking distance to Marienplarz
Everything at short walking distance: supermarkets, post office, bars, restaurants, Isar, viktualienmarkt.
There's not too much to say about the location, it's extremely central in a quite calm street.
Non smokers, very sociable, very bad with German language :D
We have regular business hours and we travel very often, we are part of a very international environments.
Our passions are: good food, good drinks, good friends! And obviously travelling.
