Gemütliches und möbliertes WG Zimmer in zentraler Lage mitten in der Stadt - UNBEFRISTET

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut unschlagbar!! Eine bessere Lage kann man sich kaum vorstellen! Die Isar ist 3 min entfernt, der Marienplatz und auch Gärtnerplatz 9min und der Englische Garten 15min; alle Minutenangaben sind zu Fuß!!
Außerdem ist die nächste S-Bahn Haltestelle 40m, die Tram hält direkt vor der Tür, viele Restaurants, Bar’s & Kaffee’s sind direkt ums Eck, der nächste Supermarkt (mehrere sogar: Edeka, Lidl) 140m entfernt und mit der S-Bahn braucht man nur 5min zum Hauptbahnhof. Dennoch ist die Wohnung und das Zimmer angenehm ruhig, da das Gebäude im Innenhof gelegen ist. Lehel ist bekannt als eine der schönsten Viertel von München. Gerade die prachtvolle Architektur auf der Thierschstraße, wo wir auch wohnen, erinnert einen sehr an Paris! Was will man mehr?

The location of the apartment is absolutely unbeatable!!! Indeed, it is hard to imagine a better location! The Isar is 3 min walking distance, the Marienplatz and also Gärtnerplatz 9 min walking distance, and the English Garden 15min!
In addition, the nearest S-Bahn stop (Isartor) is 40 meters, the tram stops right outside the door, many restaurants, bars & coffee's are just around the corner, the nearest supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl) 140m away, and with the S-Bahn you reach the Hauptbahnhof within 5min. Despite the buzzing location, as the building is located in the backyard, the apartment and the room is pleasantly quiet. Lehel is known as one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Munich. Especially the magnificent architecture on Thierschstraße, where we also live, reminds you very much of Paris! What more could you want?

Der Steffen (28 Jahre alt) wohnt schon seit letztem Jahr in der WG. Davor hat er nebenan in der Wohnung gewohnt  Er lebt schon seit 8 Jahren in München, hat nach seinem Studium an der TUM angefangen als Berater in der IT Industrie zu arbeiten.

Die Barbara (25 Jahre alt) ist im Dezember frisch in die WG eingezogen, doch ist keine fremde Person, da sie die beste Freundin von der ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin ist und sehr oft bei uns zuhause war Sie ist ursprünglich aus Südtirol, hat grade ihren Master Studium in Maastricht an der Business Schule abgeschlossen, und zieht wieder zurück nach München um ihren Vollzeitjob bei einem Startup anzufangen.

Das WG leben war bisher immer sehr familiär und gemütlich. Freunde sind jederzeit willkommen, und manchmal wird auch gemeinsam gekocht! Sauberkeit ist uns auch wichtig.
Da die beiden viel arbeiten und während der Woche ziemlich beschäftigt sind, suchen wir eine Person, die vielleicht schon im Berufsleben tätig ist.

Steffen (28 years old) lives since over last year in the WG. He has been living in Munich for 8 years and started working here as a consultant in the IT industry after his studies at TUM.

Barbara (25 years old) moved in in December, but she is not a stranger, as she is the best friend of the former flatmate and was visiting often the WG. She is originally from South Tyrol, has just finished her Master's degree in Maastricht, and is moving back to Munich to start her full-time job at a startup.

The WG life has always been very familiar and cozy. Friends are always welcome, and sometimes we like to cook and chill together! Cleanliness is also important to us.
Since both roomies work a lot and are quite busy during the week, we are looking for someone who may already be in the workforce.
