It is a well equipped room, about 16m2 in size that includes a bed, a desk and chair and drawers for cloth placing.
It is suitable for either 1 person or a couple, situated in the city centre, by the beautiful Isar river. Ideal for exploring the city on a short visit or business trip to Munich, or just a short-term accommodation while searching for a permanent one.
Shared spaces:
-Large, cozy, fully-equipped living room
-Well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster etc.)
-Bathroom that inculdes a shower, a bathtub and washing machine
-Separate toilette
Amazing central location next to the Isar River, only 2-3 minutes away from the S-bahn and 5 minutes away from the Tram.
~10 minutes walking distance to Marienplatz, the heart of Munich, and ~5 minutes walking distance to the Deutsches Museum.
There is a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, stores and supermarkets nearby.
Two greek guys reside in the apartment: Me, a 29-yo Master's student of Geobiology and Thomas, a 41-yo computer engineer professional.
The vibe in the apartement is incredibly relaxed. We both have our own interests, jobs and stuff to do during the day, but occasionally we'll have a beer or a glass of wine or cook and eat together in the evening.
Anyone is welcome as long as they are clean, tidy and polite. Age, sex, ethnicity, language, religon, eating habbits etc etc. are completely irrelevant as long as there are good intentions and a kind smile!
The price of the room is just indicative for the full availability period, exact price will be decided according to the length of stay.
The room can be rented daily or for the full range of availability and the price will be determined accordingly. Obviously, the longer the stay, the better the price.
