Furnished 22m2 Room is available from Mid July for about 7 Months with option of taking over the room in the end.
The TV stays too! So all you need are your clothes. :)
The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift and lots of storage space in the attic. The apartment is a little old school but comes with all the important appliances including washing machine.
There is also a backyard or Keller to store the bikes.
You can not find a better location! Its 3 min walk to the Reichenbachbrücke. I would say the best corner along the isar to chill and enjoy the sun.
It is also right next to the Glockenbachviertel, so you get the chaos you need on the other side of the river or the calm silence on this side of the river.
Lot of supermarkets, restaurants, Rossmann, Gym etc are a step away. Also the OG Turkitch is right next door!
Its a 3min walk to Kolumbusplatz Ubahn Station and 1 minute to the City Ring Bus 58/68 which comes in handy after some late night fun.
This is a 4er WG where we prefer a 50-50 balance. So we are 2 Girls and 2 Guys.
Paloma is doing her PhD in DLR. She is french and she loves to go to the Theater,Opera, Movies. She will cook and eat quite often at home and is always looking for company to cook and eat with. Her current sport is Roller Derby. Ask her what it is! ;)
Danijela is working in a logistics company. She is croatian who is obsessed with cats and loves to always share a shot of Palinka. She is always down for a few drinks in the city and loves puzzles!
Rachit is a software consultant. He is indian and he is currently in Hamburg. So Deekshith is currently living till end of August. He loves cooking and would ask you often to try his spicy food!
Since everyone is working, it is usually quiet during the day. So its perfect if you are studying or working at home. We all usually try to sync dinner times to cook and eat together. But does not always work out of course.
A weekend with some drinking, clubbing or movie/football night is always a possibility and we have another 4er WG to hang out with. We usually go to the Isar for a few beers or Spikeball.
We are looking for a someone initially upto end of January with a possibllity to take over the contract/room.
