Hello lovely people,
our current housemate is moving in with his girlfiend, so a nice room is now available in our WG.
The WG is on the ground floor of a newly renovated building and has a spacious, bright common area, with a lovely outside patio. Kitchen is new and very well equipped.
The available room is super bright and spacious, and available from September 1st.
The area is lovely, close to the Isar and to Rosenheimer platz.
Your future roomates are Erica and Leonardo, both in their 30ys and from Italy. We're both workers, very open minded and always up to a nice chat at evening, but also very respectful of everyone's privacy. Looking for a worker, preferibly between 26 and 33yo, gender doesn't matter - preferibly international :)
