A cozy room (16 mq) is available in a three person WG.
Rent is all inclusive 650 EUR and available from Dec 1 through March 31.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a working desk (not the one in the photo), wardrobe, armchair, dresser, and storage space. Also a TV if you would like. The standing desk, rack to hang blazer jackets, mirror, footstool and art do not stay.
The WG:
The apartment is on the second floor with lift. The entrance is also our dining room (or home office / study room).
There is a long equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, microwave) and plenty of storage space.
We also have a washing machine and printer.
The apartment is located at Vogelweideplatz, 7/8 minutes walk from Leuchtenbergring sbahn station (S1 / S2 / S4 / S6 / S8). Right outside the door, there are buses X30 and 149, and tram 19, which takes us to the center very quickly (Marienplatz in 15 minutes). At 12 minutes walk, there is Ubahn station Böhmerwaldplatz (U4). With a five minutes walk, you can reach a shopping center with Dm, Lidl, Edeka, mediamarkt and the Fitness First gym. Rewe is also ten minutes away.
