mein Freund vermietet seine Wohnung erstmal unter. Die Wohnung hat ca. 60qm und zwei Zimmer, wovon er aber ein Zimmer selbst behält. Da er zu mir zieht und er die Wohnung erstmal als Back-Up behält, wird er das Zimmer vermutlich nur ganz selten nutzen und kaum in der Wohnung sein. Er lässt nur seine Möbel und ein paar Dinge noch in dem Zimmer. Du hättest also ein Zimmer, Bad und eine Küche, in der man auch sitzen kann. Möbliert ist die Wohnung mit allem nötigen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und liegt fast direkt am Ostbahnhof, ist also sehr gut angebunden und trotzdem ruhig, da sie in den Innenhof geht. Falls du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne.
