Current occupants: We're a group of young working professionals in our twenties. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, with the larger one being cleverly partitioned for privacy.
Living arrangement: The kitchen is a separate room with dual access points. The original living room has been transformed to accommodate additional living space.
Atmosphere: Our WG boasts an international vibe, conducive to both studious endeavors and social gatherings. While weekdays are for hard work, weekends often see us hosting dinners and enjoying the company of friends.

Atmosphäre: Unsere WG bietet ein internationales Flair, das sowohl für studienbezogene Unternehmungen als auch für gesellige Zusammenkünfte geeignet ist. Rent and costs: Rent details need to be provided. Internet and other utilities are included in the Nebenkosten and are split three ways. A washing machine is available for use.
Deposit: A security deposit of 3,000 EUR is required.

Availability: The room is available for a sublet from April to August.
