Ihr neuer Mitbewohner Mario ist Japaner und spricht auch Deutsch.
Das Altbauzimmer verfügt über einen Parkettboden mit einer hohen Deckenhöhe und einem Hochbett.
Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss und liegt zur Straße, es ist nicht ganz ruhig, aber auch nicht laut.
Es ist möbliert kann aber auch leergeräumt werden.
Die Wohnung selbst hat eine große Wohnküche, eine Badewanne, einen Hinterhof und Abstellmöglichkeiten im Keller.

Your new roommate Mario is Japanese but also speaks German.
The room has a parquet floor, high ceiling and a bunk bed. The room is on the ground floor and faces the street, it is not completely quiet but not loud either. It is furnished but can also be emptied. The apartment has a large kitchen, a bath, a backyard and storage in the basement.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist 150 Meter vom Ostbahnhof entfernt. Hier gibt es alles, was man braucht, von der Apotheke bis zu Geschäften und guten Restaurants.

Über Mario, deinen Mitbewohner: Freiberufler, arbeitet ebenso zu Hause, wie auch außerhalb. Er ist mehr Nachtmensch, kocht gern, liebt Filme und Musik. Er sucht jemanden, der nicht raucht bereits Erfahrung in WGs hat und bestenfalls kreativ und/oder Kunst&Kultur interessiert ist.
