da Ich ca. 5 - 6 Wochen weg sein werde (Radtour und Weinernte in Würzburg) möchte Ich mein Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum vermieten. Frei ist es ab kommenden Freitag, 28. August, zurückkommen werde ich zwischen 5. und 11. Oktober. Ob jetzt eine Woche länger oder kürzer, da finden wir bestimmt eine Lösung. Wir suchen jemanden für mindestens einen Monat.
Das Zimmer ist voll eingerichtet mit Allem, was man braucht. Das Bett ist ein Hochbett ( mit Rausfallschutz;-)), wodurch sehr viel Platz im Raum ist. Ein großer Schreibtisch zum Lernen/ Arbeiten ist auch da.
Die Wohnung allgemein ist ein unrenovierter Altbau, inklusive altem Teppich im Wohnzimmer und mit viel Charme.

I am not in Munich for about 5 to 6 weeks. During that time i sublet my fully furnished room. It is free next Friday, 28th of August until between 5th and 11th of October. If one week more or less we are gonna figure that out ;-) But we are looking for a person for at least one month
The room is fully furnished, including a bunk bed wich gives a lot of room. The big desk is a well working or study place.
Die Lage ist richtig gut, direkt hinterm Deutschen Museum, mitten in der Stadt. Jedoch für die zentrale Lage ist es recht ruhig und entspannt im Viertel.
S-Bahn Isartor und Rosenheimer Platz sind 7 Minuten zu Fuß weg, U2 Frauenhoferst. ist in 10 Minuten zu errreichen.
Wir haben auch einen Bäcker in der Nähe, sowie Supermarkt und das Motorama ist auch nicht weit weg.
Und die Isar ist halt zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Täglich um 11:00 wird gebadet ;-)
The flat is well connected to public transportation as S-Bahn "Isartor", "Rosenheimer Platz" U-Bahn "Frauenhoferstr."
Grocery stores are nearby and basicly everything u need is close by.
The best ist the Isar wich you reach in a two minute walk.
We go for a daily swim at 11:00 ;-)
Noch toller als das Zimmer sind deine Mitbewohner (auf Zeit). Phil ist 29, groß und studiert Medieninformatik. Mit Ihm kann man Handstand üben, kochen und slacklinen. Bader ist 36, groß und Regisseur. Mit Ihm kann man gärtnern, bei Minusgrad in die Isar gehen und gute Diskussionen haben.
The best about the flat are the two great roommates. Phil is 29, tall and studies media informatics. With him u can practice handstand, cook meals and do the slackline. Bader is 36, tall and an director. With him u can do some gardening, jump into the isar at Minus degrees and have discussions in a positive way.
Wir suchen einen/eine unkomplizierte ZwischenmieterIn, der/die Lust hat einen Monat in unserer wunderbaren Wg zu verbringen.
Weil wir keine Zweck Wg sind, wollen wir dich, zumindest für 20 Minuten/halbe Stunde treffen. Und zwar am Dienstag, 25.08. nachmittags/abends.
Falls du da Zeit hast und uns kennenlernen möchtest, ruf doch bitte unter der ----/------- (von 09:00 bis 23:00) so schnell wie möglich an, dann machen wir was aus und du kommst einfach mal vorbei. auch bei Fragen, einfach anrufen, bitte keine Nachrichten.

We are looking for an straightforward flatmate, who is looking forward to spend one month in our loved shared flat. English speaking people welcome.
As we are not a Zweck Wg, we want to meet you for lets say 20 Minutes/half an hour. As the rent starts quite soon we already have an date for that, it is tuesday, 25th of august in the afternoon/evening.
