The room is 15 square metres big, has a parquet floor, a roof pitch and a southeastern-facing window. While it’s on the smaller side, it fits a queen-sized bed, desk, closet and shelves comfortably. If you however prefer setting up your home office in a larger space, you can set up in the living room, which is much bigger. Currently the room is unfurnished.
The flat is located 2 minutes from Rosenheimer Platz in beautiful Haidhausen. I have been living in this area for 7 years and can recommend the very best bars and restaurants (as soon as they open up again of course).
Most importantly, I am looking for someone I can make extremely stupid jokes with. Fair warning: If you are not a „The Office“ fan, I will try to convert you and am open to indulging in any binging preferences you might have. I think that living together should be easy, as it was with my former roomate (who left me to move in with his girlfried - the traitor) and that talking openly to each other is most important. About me: I have been working for a rather large American company for the past 2.5 years and am currently working from home. I also love cycling and skiing (while I am rather horrible at the latter).
While I value and respect privacy, I think that sharing a flat should be a step up from living alone. I also enjoy cooking and (occasionally) drinking together a lot and think that spending time should come naturally.
