Da mein lieber Mitbewohner ab dem 1.09.2023 sein Zimmer in unserer 2er-Wg verlassen wird, suche ich (Manuela) eine neue Mitbewohnerin/einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Der/die neue Mitbewohner/in wird mit mir als Hauptmieter/in im Mietvertrag sein. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² und wird unmöbliert vermietet.

As my flatmate is leaving our flat I’m looking for a new flatmate (woman or man) from the 1st of September. The new flatmate will be with me in the contract as a“Hauptmieter”.
The room is 15m² and not furnished.

Zentral - Die Wohnung befindet sich in Haidhausen, zwischen Rosenheimer Pl. Und Ostbahnhof, mit Sbahn (Stammstrecke), U4/U5, Tram aus Rosenheimer Pl. und Busse in der Orleansstr.
Edeka, Aldi, Alnatura, Lidl, DM, Bars, Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Isar ist auch sehr nah.
Man erreicht auch mit dem Fahrrad oder mit Verkehrsmittel alles in relativ kurzer Zeit in München.

Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are really close. To the Isar is a 5 mins walk.
You can reach every place of Munich by bike or by public transportation really fast.

Ich bin Manuela, bald 35, berufstätig und aus Italien. Ich wohne in München seit 11 Jahren und ich bin in der Wohnung seit 2017. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich etwas mit der/dem neue/n Mitbewohner/in unternehmen könnte. Sonst bin ich oft unterwegs, ich koche gerne, ich treffe Freunde und gehe gerne wandern.
