I am subletting my room in an amazing WG near the city center in Munich, as my Erasmus-semester has come to an end here.
The room is 17 square meters big, and comes with furniture, and everything you should need is also available in the apartment.
The apartment is located in a great area, it takes only 10 minutes with public transport to the city center, and 15 minutes to the LMU-university. The metro station is 50 meters from the house.
Supermarkets, restaurants and the beautiful river Isar is within 5 minutes walking.
There are 5 people living here, and everyone is either students or young professionals. Some of the people will move out after this semester, but based history, the only people who will live in the apartment will be either students or young professionals, so everyone gets along great.
The apartment has two bathrooms, and one shared kitchen.
I am subletting the apartment for the month of august, so the first monthly rent (august) will be paid to me, and I will transfer the amount to the landlord.
After that you will have your own contract with the landlord for the next 6 months (min. rental period).
