Ich muss leider aus meinem alten Zimmer ausziehen, da ich hier mein Studium beendet habe. Deshalb suche ich eine nette Mieterin als meine Nachfolgerin ;)
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell dank des großen Fensters. Es ist komplett möbliert (Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Stühle, Schlafsofa, 2 Schränke und ein Regal), und auch der Rest der Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Neben dem Schlafzimmer gibt es in der Wohnung ein großes Wohnzimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Bäder (von denen eines nur von mir benutzt wurde), einen Flur, ein Balkon und ein Keller.

Unfortunately I have to leave my old room because I finished my studies here, so I am looking for a tenant to replace me!
The room is very spacious and bright thanks to its large window. It is fully furnished (double bed, desk, chairs, sofa bed, 2 wardrobes and a bookshelf), and the rest of the flat is also equipped with everything one could need. In addition to the bedroom, the flat has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one of which was only used by me), an entrance hall, a balcony and a storage unit in the basement.
Die Wohnung ist weniger als 5 min zu Fuß vom Ostbahnhof entfernt: viele Bus-, Straßenbahn- und S-Bahn-Linien befinden sich also in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie die U-Bahn-Linie U5 (8 min direkt zum Hauptbahnhof).
Zahlreiche Geschäfte (Aldi, Lidl, DM, Edeka,...), Apotheken, Bars und Restaurants befinden sich innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
The flat is less than 5 min walk from the Ostbahnhof: many bus, tram and S-Bahn lines are therefore immediately nearby, as well as the U5 underground line (direct in 8 min to the Hauptbahnhof).
Numerous shops (Aldi, Lidl, DM, Edeka,...), pharmacies, bars and restaurants are within 5 or 10 min walking distance from the flat.
Der Vermieter sucht eine Studentin, die bereits in einer WG gelebt hat, entweder in Deutschland oder in Europa. Es gibt 130€ an Nebenkosten, die Sie vermeiden können, wenn Sie im Gegenzug ein paar Hausarbeiten erledigen (ich habe das gemacht und es war normalerweise nicht sehr zeitaufwendig!). Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. März für eine Mindestdauer von 6 Monaten verfügbar.
Zögern Sie nicht, mich für weitere Informationen zu kontaktieren, ich werde versuchen, so schnell wie möglich zu antworten. Ich befinde mich in der Prüfungsphase, daher kann ich vielleicht nicht jedem, der danach fragt, einen persönlichen Besuch garantieren, aber ich werde es versuchen!
The landlord is looking for a student who has already lived in a flat share, in Germany or Europe. There are 130€ of additionnal costs (heating,internet,...) that you can avoid paying in return for doing some cleaning work every week (I used to do it and it usually didn't take long!). The room is available from March 1st for a minimum of 6 months.
Do not hesitate to contact me for more information, I will try to answer as soon as possible. I am in exam period so I may not be able to guarantee a visit in person to everyone who asks, but I will try!
