Very luminous space with a nice view and wide windows than can also be totally shot down with electrical blinds. The room has a beautiful parquet and is already furnished with the basics, wich makes it really convenient to just move in and enjoy. Quick note, the bed is 200x200 so make sure to bring big sheets with you.
Super well located. The metro station is just outside the building’s entrance. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and bakeries around the corner, not to mention that is only 5 minutes by foot to one of Munich’s top chilling places, Frühlingsanlage by the Isar. Only a twenty-sh minute walk from the city center. The apartment is on the fourth floor (no elevator) and has been renovated a few years ago and it’s in pretty good condition therefore I’m searching for someone who also appreciates and enjoys that. Keeping the common spaces and shared items clean is a must, in exchange you’ll get that as well ;) Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Anmeldung in the KVR is possible.
I’m looking for someone compatible to live with who’s major characteristics are being SUPER CLEAN AND TIDY as well as respectfull, if this sounds good to you, you’ll fit right in ✨
