ich biete hier das nicht mehr benötigte 15qm große möblierte alte „Kinderzimmer“ meiner Kinder an.
- Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock.
- die Wohnung selbst ist im 1. Stock.
- es gibt ein geteiltes Bad im 2. Stock.
- extra Toilette ist im 1. Stock
- Balkon und Garten kann gerne mitbenutzt werden
- Rauchen auf dem Balkon ist ok.
WICHTIG: in der Wohnung wohnt eine Katze (18 Jahre) mit.
Ich suche:
Mitbewohner/in, Alter und Geschlecht egal.
Am liebsten wäre mir ein (wenigstens ab und zu) Wochenendeheimfahrer/in
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 09.08 bezogen werden und wäre auch monatlich kündbar.
