Du teilst dir außerdem ein 60 qm Wohnzimmer mit Einbauküche und Holzhofen (Hexe) in einem wunderschönen freistehenden Haus, einen schönen Garten mit Terrasse, 2 Bädern und einen Waschraum mit uns.
Wir haben eine Reinigungskraft. Diese wird die Gemeinschafträume und bei Bedarf dein Zimmer putzen. Dein Anteil der Kosten ist im Preis enthalten.

You will have a 15 sm room in the first floor with a wooden roof pitch and direct access to a large balcony. In summer, the balcony is very nice for sleeping.
You will further share a huge living room (60 sm) with built-in kitchen in a beautiful detached house with garden and terrace, two bathrooms and a washing room with us.
We have a cleaningperson who will clean the shared rooms and if you want your room. Your share of the costs is included in the price.
Das Haus steht in einem Einfamilienhausviertel im Grünen nur 5 min fußläufig von der S-Bahn Station Neuaubing. Man ist in 25 min am Hauptbahnhof oder Zentrum in München oder in einer halben Stunde an den großen Seen. Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The house is in a residencial quarter with family houses in a green area only 5 min walking distance to the S-Bahn station Neuaubing. You are in 25 min at the central train station or the center of Munich and in half an hour at the big lakes. Supermarket are in walking distance.
Wir sind: Simon (37) Biologe und European patent attorney, Hedi (41), Sonderschullehrerin, unsere Kinder (8 Jahre und 2 Jahre) und Mohammad (29), Rezeptionist in einem Hotel. In unserer Freizeit gehen wir gerne in die Natur zum Wandern oder Baden und treffen uns mit Freunden, auch mal zu einem Konzert oder in einer Bar. Simon kocht gerne und engagiert sich in der Politik, während Hedi gerne fotografiert.
Wir haben gerne eine WG, in der man zusammen isst oder etwas unternimmt, aber in der auch jeder seine Freiheiten hat. Die Wohngemeinschaft soll auf gegenseitigem Respekt basieren, in der eine Feier mit Freunden oder das Toben mit einem Kind genauso möglich ist, wie in Ruhe zu arbeiten oder sich zu entspannen. Wir sind sehr offen für verschiedene Lebensstile und Altersstufen, aber natürlich ist gegenseitiges Vertrauen das Wichtigste für ein gutes Zusammenwohnen.

We are: Simon (37), biologist and European patent attorney, Hedi (41), teacher for special education, our children (8 years and 2 years ) and Mohammad (29), workin in a hotel at the reception. In our free time, we like to be in nature to go for a hike or a swim or we meet with friends for example for a concert or in a bar. Simon likes to cook and is interested in politics , whereas Hedi loves photography.
We like it to live in a shared house, where we can have dinner or do activities together, but where everybody has also its freedom. Living together should be based on mutual respect and mean that a party with friends or fooling around with a child is similarly possible as working quietly or relaxing. We are very open for different life styles and ages, but mutual trust is of course the most important thing.
