The 3-room 65m2 apartment on the first floor has a nice kitchen, which serves as a common room, a hallway, a bathroom with natural light and tub. The offered room is quiet, bright, with street view and has a size of 16m2.

Only a 2-minute walk from the Neuaubing S-Bahn station. With the S8 you can reach the main station in only 16 min. or Marienplatz in 20 min.
