Many doctors offices in the building, therefore very quiet in the evenings / weekends.

You‘ll be sharing the flat with me, an easy going local that just moved back from Australia.
I work an office job so not around much during the week.
If I’m here I’m happy to cook together or share a drink but everybody can obviously have as much time to themselves as they need.
