DAS ZIMMER BEFINDET SICH IN BALDHAM (MÜNCHNER OSTEN),
ETWAS AUSSERHALB VON MÜNCHEN. (ca. 25min zum Marienplatz mit der S-Bahn)
BITTE SCHREIBT MIR, FÜR WANN UND WIE LANGE IHR EIN ZIMMER SUCHT!!!!!
In einem neu gebauten Haus befindet sich die 2-Zi-Wohnung im Sousterrain mit Lichthof und verfügt über bodentiefe Fenster, sowie einen eigenen Eingang zu jedem der beiden Zimmer. Der Lichthof ist so groß, dass die Zimmer absolut hell sind und der Lichthof als Terasse genutzt werden kann. Die Zimmer haben "Hotelcharakter", weil sie jeweils eigens von aussen mit eigenem Schlüssel zugängig sind.
Das Zimmer ist - wie die gesamte Wohnung - voll möbliert. Die Möbel sind neu, modern und freundlich.
Sie bestehen aus einem weißen Bett (140 mal 200cm), einem schönen, weißen Schreibtisch mit 1 oder 2 Stühlen, einem großzügigen Schrank und einer Stehlampe. TV möglich!
Die Wohnung hat 2 gleichgroße Zimmer, die beide auf den gemeinsamen Flur führen. Von dort geht die kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine sowie das Bad ab. Alles ist neu, modern und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist zwar voll ausgestattet, eignet sich aber nicht für aufwendiges Kochen o.ä.

The 2-room-flat is located in a new, modern house in the "sousterrain" with big windows and a lot of day light. There is quite a big yard in front of the room, which can be used as a terrace. Each room has its own entrance with its own key and you can enter it directly from the outside. The rooms are made a little bit like hotel-rooms, completely furnished and very modern. It has a white bed (140/200cm), a white table with 1 or 2 chairs, quite a big wardorbe and another light. Flat screen TV available if you like...
The flat has 2 rooms from which you enter the floor. From the floor, there is a kitchen with fridge and dish washer and a bathroom with bathtube and shower. Everything is new and in really good conditions. Even if the kitchen is fully equipped, it is not made for "the big cooking events"...
WICHTIG/IMPORTANT: Das Internet ist ganz normal verfügbar, aber das Handy hat IN DER WOHNUNG aufgrund des Sousterrains häufig keinen Empfang.
VOR der Wohnung hat das Handy in der Regel Empfang.
The internet is running normally in the room but the mobile phone often doesn´t have connection IN THE ROOM. In front of the house the mobile phone is working...
Die Wohnung liegt in Baldham, einem sehr schönen Wohnviertel im Osten von München (Entfernung ca. 15km). Die S-Bahn ist in ca. 6min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zum Marienplatz (Zentrum von München) braucht man ca. 25min. Es gibt im direkten Umfeld mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäckereien und sämtliche andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (rewe, Hofpfisterei, dm, vinzenz murr u.v.a.sowie einen Bioladen in ca. 2km Entfernung)
The flat is located in Baldham, which is a very nice living area near to Munich city (about 15km east). The S-Bahn is reachable in about 6min by foot. To Munich city centre it takes about 25min. Near to the flat (10min by foot) you have supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and all other things to buy, you could need for your daily life.
In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt eine nette junge Frau.
In the other room there is a nice young woman.
Wir freuen uns über Gäste aus aller Welt, ebenso sind wir gay, lesb etc freundlich.

Es gibt neben dem Zimmer eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Beides kann für 3€ (pro Ladung) mitbenutzt werden.
Wir vermieten sowohl für bestimmte Zeit als auch langfristig je nach Wunsch.
Da die Wohnung von einem Lichthof abgeht, hat sie so etwas wie eine eigene Terrasse, die natürlich genutzt werden kann.
There is a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used for 3€ each.
The flat has something like a terrace which can be used of course.
We DO WELCOME people from all nations. The room is rentable as well for short stays as for permanent stays either.
