Ich habe eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung und bin ca. 10 Tage im Monat in Italien. Langfristig werde ich dort noch mehr Zeit verbringen.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Josephsburg entfernt , zur Stadtmitte ist es ca. 15 Minuten öffentlich, mit dem Fahrrad 20 Minuten.
Ich arbeite teilweise im home office. Es ist eine Zweck WG, aber wenn man zwischendurch ein Glas Wein zusammen trinkt, ist das natürlich sehr nett.
Ich bin nicht mehr ganz so jung, hatte die letzten Jahre immer DAAD Studenten im Sommer bei mir, aber da ich schrittweise nach Italien möchte und das extra Zimmer nicht mehr brauche, würde ich gerne auf Dauer jemanden in der Wohnung haben.
Ideal auch ür Pendler oder Wochenendheimfahrer.
