The stand alone house has around 180 m² and a huge garden.
Basement:
The big kitchen has a huge fridge and freezer, ofen, microwave, and possibility to sit for about 4-6 people. A separate dining space heads to the very big living room.
This room offered is on the ground floor with view in the green garden, has an individual sink, a cupboard, a table, a bed and huge shelves.
The yellow bathroom (with window) with sink and bath is on the first floor and is shared as well as the toilet on the ground floor with max. 2 other people.
Stop of U2 is JOSEPHSBURG, 4min from the house.
Going to downtown and station 20min, airport about 50min with public transport.
Parking possible at the street for free and currently without parking permit.
Tram 21 to downtown also in 4min walking distance.
Shops, dry cleaning, drugstore, bakery and pharmacy all about 5min walking distance.
6 people are maximum.
2 double rooms (couples) are possible and 2 single rooms (individuals).
At the moment, an Italian & Polish/American couple and a guy from Italy are living there - and you?
Everybody cleans his/her individual space and at least once a week the bathroom and kitchen. If it does not work, you either move out to the end of the month or pay 100 Euros extra per month for external cleaning. A cleaning plan exists and is renewed every month.
We respect every nationality, sex, religion and way of living as long as you respect it vice versa and we share a happy and open minded environment.
No smoking, drugs or excessive alcohol consumption.
Music or any other noise as loud that you can hear it in you room, but not one other in his/her room...
... communication is key!
Kitchen equipment is available.
Washing machine for everyone in the house.
Use is currently € 4,0 per unit.
Extra costs are fix include everything like water, heating, Internet, electricity, assurances, local taxes...
Furniture to be discussed how much is needed. Everything is there.
Need of proving a valid liablity insurance covering rental damages is a must!
No longer as 30.09.2024 as the house is planned to be rebuilt!
