Hello everyone, for urgent reasons I would like to hand over my room to new tenants. The room is 7 minutes away from the U5, (if you want to take the bus, the bus stop is right in front of the house, ), which takes you to Marienplatz and Odeonsplatz (near the main campus) in 18 minutes .
In 3 minutes walk you have Penny and in 5 minutes walk you have the big Lidl
In 14 minutes walk you reach the Neuperlach shopping center.
There is a gas station 50 meters away.
The room is 11 m² and has a balcony. However, there is a storage room in the apartment where you can store many things.
Total warm price is 660 euros per month, 600 euros cold, 50 euros utilities, 10 euros internet. Deposit can be paid in 3 installments of 500.
All rooms are equipped with a bed incl. mattress, wardrobe and desk.
The apartment is on the second floor. There is a balcony that looks through the east park. There is a basement room with lots of space.
The kitchen is equipped with everything including a dishwasher and washing machine and all other electrical appliances included in the price such as kettle and micro
The room is rented through the company so I will recommend someone on behalf of the company and all booking operations are handled with the company themselves. (It is advantageous for international students looking for accommodation as it is a trusted, well-known company in Germany).
