Are you still looking for a room in an international shared flat for 3 girls in a freshly renovated and bright flat in beautiful Bogenhausen? Great! Then this could be a perfect match.
We are Luisa (27) and Nicole (22) and recently moved into a super nice, centrally located flat right next to the Böhmerwaldplatz underground station (100m next to our front door). Luisa was born in Neuburg an der Donau and spent most of my life there, but also lived in beautiful Munich for 1.5 years before she went to Australia last year to study. Nicole is originally from Venezuela but has already studied and lived in France. Now she is absolving a trainee program at a hotel chain in Munich.
We are looking for a third lovely flatmate to complete our internationals shared community and would kindly offer you:
- 15,3 sqm furnished room + own balcony (approx. 4 sqm), 850€ all-inclusive (incl. water, heating, electricity, waste disposal, internet & cable, GEZ, household insurance, caretaker, staircase cleaning, etc.), vacant as of now
- In addition, the flat has a modern and well-equipped kitchen (new crockery, cutlery, pots, etc.) as well as a nice bathroom and a corridor with a dining table (soon a shelf and a wardrobe will also be installed here). Flat viewings can take place next weekend.
You perfectly fit into the WG if you:
• Are looking for a shared flat with a common WG life and a friendship-like and harmonious relationship. This is not a purpose-built flat-share
• Are female and English/Spanish native
• Have a positive attitude towards life
• Attach great importance to cleanliness and tidiness and you remove your traces in the kitchen, on the dining table and in the bathroom yourself as well as you are good with the furniture and inventory (just in case - liability insurance regulates 😉) It would be cool if you also do things on your own initiative like taking out the rubbish or buying toilet paper when it is empty
• Have a steady job with a steady income / or are in the final stages of your studies
• Have already lived in a shared flat and are taking care of other people and their needs
