Are you still looking for a room in an international shared flat for 3 girls in a freshly renovated and bright flat in beautiful Bogenhausen? Great! Then this could be a perfect match.
I'm Luisa, 27, and recently moved into a super nice, centrally located flat right next to the Böhmerwaldplatz underground station (100m next to our front door). I was born in Neuburg an der Donau and spent most of my life there, but I also lived in beautiful Munich for 1.5 years before I went to Australia last year to study. I miss this international lifestyle very much, and want this cultivated spirit back, which is why I am now starting this international, non-German speaking shared community. Since I speak English and Spanish, it would be perfect if you can speak English and/or Spanish well/are native so we can communicate. Of course, you are also welcome to get in touch if you don't meet this criterion and are simply Bavarian/German/whatever, I don't want to exclude a potential, super sympathetic, and lovely flatmate just because of this 😉
There are 2 rooms for rent, so I am also looking for 2 lovely flatmates 😊

In addition, the flat has a modern and well-equipped kitchen (new crockery, cutlery, pots etc.) as well as a nice bathroom and a corridor with a dining table (soon a shelf and a wardrobe will also be installed here). Flat viewings can take place from next weekend.
To give you a better picture of who I am, here are a few key facts about me:
• I'm a very fun-loving, positive, active person, I laugh a lot, my friends say I have a funny sense of humour and I'm not even at home that much. I am often out in the city, on business trips or on holiday.
• I am a good cook and listener, and also a very open-minded and super versatile person
• I like to cook for the flat-sharing community, and it is important to me that we do something together at least once in a while, have a flat-sharing evening, play a game together, etc.
• I renovated and furnished the flat myself with a lot of love, so cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me, whether we do it with or without a cleaning plan is something I'm very flexible about 🧹
• Istudied industrial engineering in Munich and management in Sunshine Coast, Australia and now I work in marketing in the aviation industry ✈️☀️
• I love to do sports like skiing, snowboarding, playing football, running, wakeboarding, fitness 🏋️♀️, also I also love music (I play clarinet and piano, but not in the flat, don't worry 😉)
• Since I work a lot during the week, parties are rather suboptimal at our place during the week, sorry no sorry
You perfectly fit into the WG if you:
• Are looking for a shared flat with a common WG life and a friendship-like and harmonious relationship. This is not a purpose-built flat-share
• Are female and English/Spanish native
• Have a positive attitude towards life and are adventurous
• Attach great importance to cleanliness and tidiness and you remove your traces in the kitchen, on the dining table and in the bathroom yourself as well as you are good with the furniture and inventory (just in case - liability insurance regulates 😉) It would be cool if you also do things on your own initiative like taking out the rubbish or buying toilet paper when it is empty
• Have a steady job with a steady income / or are in the final stages of your studies
