625 euros including services per month.

Furnished room, approx. 14m², large bed (1.40m), desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves.
Lage:
Zentral. ca 15 Min. vom Hbf mit UBahn. Sehr rühige Lage. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs nicht weit entfernt.
U-Bahn U4 Böherwaldplatz ca. 750m entfernt.
S-Bahn Leutenbergerring ca. 20 min zu Fuss ereichbar.
Mit Fahrrad bist du schnell in den Englishen Garten.
Marienplatz ca. 4km entfernt.

Central. About 15 minutes from the main station by subway. Very quiet location. Shops for daily needs not far away.
Subway U4 Böherwaldplatz approx. 750m away.
S-Bahn Leutenbergerring can be reached about 20 minutes on foot.
You can quickly get to the English Garden by bike.
