Das möblierte Zimmer befindet sich in einer 160 qm großen renovierten Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, Diele, Küche, 2 Bäder und 2 Toiletten. Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung befindet sich 4. OG (ohne Lift). Die exzellente Lage ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum U-Bahnanschluß Prinzregentenplatz. Alle zentralen Punkte sind auch gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Alle Gebrauchsgegenstände wie Besteck, Teller, Tassen etc. können mitbenutzt werden. Im Mietpreis ist auch die Beschäftigung einer Putzfrau (14 tägig) enthalten.
Nach dem Auszug meiner Kinder wird die Wohnung von mir und meinem Hund (Australian Shepherd) bewohnt. Ich selbst bin Gründer/Advisor von jungen Unternehmen/start-ups, die Wohnung ist auch mein Büro. Starke Interessen habe ich im kulturellen Bereich (Kunst, Literatur, Musik) und im Sport. Gegenseitige Sympathie ist mir wichtig, eine Verpflichtung zum Zusammenleben besteht nicht und wird von mir auch nicht gesucht. Meine Persönlichkeit ist freigeistig, Fundamentalisten jedweder Couleur sind nicht erwünscht.
The furnished room is located in a 160 square meter renovated old building apartment. The apartment has 4 rooms, hall, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The light-flooded apartment is located in the 4th floor (without elevator). The excellent position is nearby subway connection Prinzregentenplatz. All central points are also easily accessible by bicycle. All utensils such as cutlery, plates, cups etc. can be shared. The rental price also includes the employment of a cleaning lady (biweekly).
After the move-out of my children I tenant the apartment together with my dog ((Australian Shepherd). Professionally I act as founder/advisor to start-ups, the apartment serves as office as well. I´ve strong cultural interests (art, literature, music) as well as in sports. Mutual sympathy is important to me without an obligation/search of get-togethers. I´m free-minded, fundamentalists of any who are not welcome.
