Hey there!
I am sub-renting my fully furnished room in a big house in Bogenhausen for 3/4 months approximately. I am pretty flexible so the lease could also start earlier or later.
We are total of 5 people living here. The room is at the second floor of the house together with the other room and a toilette. The house is pretty big and has all what you may need: dishwasher, washing machine, living room, beamer, board games, winter garden with gym tools, a huge garden outside, guest room and so on. There is also the possibility to use a room in the basement (with window) as an office room as I preferred to keep the desk out of my actual room.
In the house we like to spend time together doing BBQs, Paellas, game nights and also party every now and then. However during the week the atmosphere is pretty chilled.
As the house is pretty big we have a cleaning lady (price is included in the rent) however we all collaborate to take care of the house and the garden such as taking out the trash or cutting off the weeds so we would expect some help in this (nothing too hard eh eh).
The house is 15 min by walk and 5 minutes by bike from the metro station. There is also the S8 passing by (10 minutes by walk) and plenty of buses.
We all share the same food and do shopping together. We split the bills at the end of each month. This make the food expenses cheaper but we don't expect you to join if you don't feel like (one of the flatmate is vegan so we are pretty flexible with the food we buy).
If you already have furniture I could move mine out of the room as I only have a bed and few shelves where I store my stuff.
The price overall is 690. If you have a room in Berlin and you are coming to Munich for a short term I might also consider a swap.
