I am looking for somebody to take my place in this 2 people WG as I will be moving to another part of Munich!
The room is already furnished, and has a big desk, a double-size bed, and a wardrobe. The window faces to the south, so it is well illuminated, and there is a black-out curtain that allows darkening the room if needed. The room faces the main road, but the windows are new and well-isolating, and you won't hear any noise from the outside.
The apartment is fully furnished and has all the necessary things for a living: a washing machine, clothes dryer, and dishwasher. The kitchen has two separate fridges: one for you, and the other for the other flatmate. The apartment is on the raised floor.
The apartment is in a good position: just out of the door, there is the bus stop (busses X30, 149, and N74), and the tram stop (tram 19). It is also just 5 minutes of walk from the Leuchtenbergring S-Bahn stop: there is mant trains going in the city center direction. You can reach the city center in 15 minutes. Even by bike the city center is 15 minutes.
There is free parking right next to the building, so it would be good even if you have a car.
The main-tenant is Andy. He is a professional cook: this means that the kitchen, even if it could look small, is very well equipped with all the things you need. Andy is an easy-going person, and he is really fine.
Andy is German, and he speaks also Spanish, so if you wish, you can answer this ad in one of those languages, and I will let him help me to answer. :)
Write me, and we can arrange a meeting to see the flat in person. We could also organize an online call if you want. I will show you the apartment, but you will have to talk with Andy too, as he is the main-tenant of the apartment.
The deposit (Kaution) needs to be discussed with Andy.
