I am sub-renting my fully furnished room in a big villa in Bogenhausen for 2 months, starting from end of July/beginning of August. The price overall is 690 and includes all expenses (fyi, we have a cleaning service of the common areas 1x week).
The room is at the second floor of the house together with 2 other rooms and a toilette with shower. The house is pretty big and has all what you may need: big kitchen with lots of space to experiment, dishwasher, second bathroom, washing machine, living room with dining table, beamer, board games, winter garden with gym tools, a huge garden outside, guest room, WC and so on. There is also the possibility to use a room in the basement (with window) as an office room as I preferred to keep the desk out of my actual room. In the room you´ll find a brand new queen size bed, a tv, a drawer and a coat hanger.

The house is 15 mins by walk and 5 minutes by bike from the metro station. There is also the S8 passing by (10 minutes by walk) and plenty of buses. The garden has enough space for you to park your car.
We are a total of 5 people living here: Marcela from Mexico, Tato from Colombia, Rafa from Spain and Diego from El Salvador. In the house we like to spend time together, however during the week the atmosphere is pretty chilled. "Sharing is caring", but you can choose if you want to share the same food and do the shopping together with the others or have your own space in the fridge.
