It’s a small but cozy room with a view over the balcony into a nice and green park. The furniture (Bed, desk, …) stay in the flat during my leave. You have a nice and renovated bathroom and toilet and a good kitchen. The room with its furniture can be seen in the pictures.
The flat is located in Johanneskirchen between the S-bahn station with the same name and the Fritz-Meyer-Weg station, where you have transports that bring you everywhere you need to go in Munich. It’s around half an hour to Garching Campus and like 20 min to the centre. Still, the surrounding is very beautiful with a nice park directly in front and the Isar with the English garden in walking distance.
You would have two flatmates, Leo and Svenja. They are nice and calm but you can always have a nice chat with them. Leo is doing his PhD, and Svenja is doing her Bachelor’s but is also working. So both are usually quite occupied. Sometimes we find the time to cook or drink some beers together.
Visitations could be done in person but also online if it’s not possible for you to come. Please pay attention to the fact that the room is only available from 01.09.2022 to 01.03.2023.
