I am leaving my room on September 18. The room has a bed, table, chair, and wardrobe. The heating system is by central heating and is quite adequate. The internet is quite fast. Normally there is no pillow and blanket in the room. Also kitchen utensils are not shared (4 people sharing utensils would not be very effective). That's why I got everything when I came to Munich, and I will give all of them for 75€. This includes pillow, blanket, plates, spoons, forks, a knife, baking tray, colanders, 2 pans, 2 pots, 3 cups, iron, chopping board, oven mitts. Please write to me if you are willing to buy them. I will only forward those people to the landlord.
The house is very well connected to the public transport. The bus station is 7 minutes by foot. There are 188/189 buses and tram 37 which connects you to the city center. Also there is a bus 50 that directly goes to U6 studentenstadt station.
There are Aldi Süd and Edeka 5-6 minutes away. There is also a gym called CleverFit 10 minutes away which is one of the best gyms in Munich.
