Modern and fully furnished room with big window and direct entrance to spacious terrace. It opens to a quiet green space - rare and special for Munich! As there are two bathrooms in the apartment, you will only have to share it with one flatmate.
The flat was fully renovated in 2021.
Only 5-minutes-walk to S-Bahn Station Johanneskirchen with good connections to City Center. Beautiful lake Feringasee 15 bike minutes away, which makes it a perfect running route. Grocery stores and restaurants are close, for example the famous Dicke Sophie. In 20 bike minutes the most you reach the northern part of the English Garden, which is really pretty and less crowded than the southern part.
You will live with three nice, open-minded flatmates who speak German but also English and French. You will have options for group activities but also enough space for yourself, as all are working. During my time we cooked together or went out to a nice pizza place nearby. There is also a small park nearby for going on a walk.
Visits will take place from 8th of November. We can also arrange online viewings so that you can get to know your future housemates. Please describe yourself in a few sentences (what you do, hobbies, which languages you speak, what kind of person you are etc.) 🙂
