Der monatliche Preis wäre insgesamt 750€.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großes Bett, ein Schrank für deine Klamotten, verschiedene Regale und ein Schreibtisch.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, einen großen Flur und einen Balkon.
Im Keller haben wir einen Abstellraum und es gibt einen Raum wo du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.

I am looking for a subtenant for our shared flat with 3 people.
The total monthly price would be 750€.
In the room there is a large bed, a wardrobe for your clothes, various shelves and a desk.
You also have a beautiful balcony.
The apartment has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a large corridor and a small balcony.
In the basement we have a storage room and there is a room where you can leave your bike.
5 min zur Haltestelle Prinzregentenplatz.
5 min zum Edeka.
10 min zum Englischen Garten.
Es gibt kleine Cafés in der Nähe sowie einige Restaurants.

There are small cafes nearby as well as some restaurants.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen werden Nika und Stella sein. Beide sind sehr sympathisch, ruhig und sehr ordentlich.
Wir unterhalten uns in der WG auf Englisch, daher wäre es gut, wenn du englisch sprechen kannst und auch kein Problem hast mit einer internationalen WG. :)
Am besten lernst du die beiden bei einem Gespräch einmal kennen.

We speak English in the flat share, so it would be good if you can speak English and have no problem with an international Flat. :)
