I am subletting my room at Felsennelkenanger 15 for May,June and July. The room is part of the Studentenwerk Munchen, hence, the next tenant should be a student. The price for the room is 316.50€ per month including all other expenses. A deposit is required to be given at the time of moving in (350€), which will be returned at the end of the stay.
There are plenty of supermarkets around, McDonald’s Restaurant, MIRA Shopping Center, Stadtsparkasse Munchen and Domos Pharmacy all within the reach of less than 5 minutes on foot. Everything what is needed for e pleasant stay is around in the neighborhood. The U-Bahn station U2 Dülferstraße and buss connections 60, 141 and 172 are within the reach of 3 minutes on foot.
The room is part of the Studentenwerk Munchen. The room itself has a bed, table and a chair, shelf. Furthermore, it has an attached toilet with shower and a shared kitchen. Everything is included in the price regarding the costs, such as electricity, maintenance, and internet. This is a dormitory room which means that the flatmates are students as well.
